The Website is operated by AvyloTech ("AvyloTech", "we", "us" or "our"), a technology services company that builds web applications, mobile apps, AI agents and AI-powered software for clients.

You may use the Website to learn about our services and to contact us. When using it, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
- disrupt or overload the Website, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;

- impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with anyone, including AvyloTech.
4. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, design, code, the AvyloTech name, logo and the tagline "Imagine. Engineer. Evolve.", belong to AvyloTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages from the Website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish or use our content or branding commercially, or in a way that suggests our endorsement, without our written permission.
Ownership of software and other work we create for clients is set out in the agreement for that project. These Terms do not cover it.
5. Enquiries, proposals and projects
Information on the Website about our services, technologies and process is general and does not form an offer. Contacting us does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work covering scope, timelines, fees, payment terms, confidentiality and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
6. Information you send us
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form or a first email. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details of your idea. Until a written agreement is in place, we cannot accept confidentiality obligations for unsolicited information.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Website or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
7. Portfolio and third-party links
Our portfolio describes products we have designed or built and may link to them. Those products and any other linked websites are owned and operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvyloTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to INR 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for client projects is governed by the agreement for that project.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate AvyloTech for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension of access
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time. We may also restrict your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
12. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, power or internet outages, cyber-attacks, government action or the failure of third-party services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally and in good faith. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. General
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a business sale.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
